Nitko od njih ne sluti da je baš time započela jedna neobična i čudesna priča. Naime, zubić vila je u ovom slučaju miš Pérez koji živi na brodici, u luci, s ostalim miševima kojima donosi zubiće koji ispadnu djeci.
Miševi čiste i oblikuju zubiće pretvarajući ih u blistave bisere koji se gradskom kanalizacijom prenose do gradskih draguljara koji ih mijenjaju za zlato.
